Grant County Precinct Committee Officers (PCO)

    A PCO (a Precinct Committee Officer) is elected every two years on the primary ballot by Democrats in his or her precinct.  PCOs are either elected or appointed by The County Chair.    A PCO is a team leader in their precinct area and is expected to participate in Democrat activities and to help with candidate campaigns.
